Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. Employees of Imagem and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
2. Only one entry per person. 
3. All entrants must be over 18 years of age
4. Entries must be received within the competition period indicated in the competition information. Any entries received before or after this period will not be entered
5. Travel, expenses, charges and travel insurance are not included as part of any prize unless we tell you otherwise. 
6. If you are the winner, you will be notified within 14 days of the competition closing date. 
7. Please allow 14 days for delivery of your prize from the date you successfully claim your prize. 
8. Prizes are awarded at our discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of an entrant. An improper action for these purposes will include the making of automated bulk entries. 
9. No alternative prize will be given & the prize is non-transferable & non-exchangeable. However, we reserve the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond our control or to offer an alternative of similar value. 
10. It is your responsibility to pay any & all applicable taxes on prizes.
